GALLERY TOUR with JCI Senator Thomas Emmerling

In February 2020, art collector, dealer and JCI Senator # 63204 Thomas Emmerling took over the artistic direction of the Private Art Club ART 9TEEN in Vienna’s 19th district.

We are looking forward to enjoying an exclusive guided tour through the current exhibition by the Bucharest artist Oana Ionel with paintings, drawings and video on the topic of “Secret Stories of Danube River”.

You can talk to the collector Thomas Emmerling about art as a capital investment in times of Corona and the art market in general or simply enjoy an inspiring evening in a Viennese art salon.

Where: ART 9TEEN – Vienna’s Private Art Club & Events, Billrothstraße 29, 1190 Vienna

When: Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 7 p.m.

Wine Tasting in Gols

We hike comfortably through Golser Top reeds and receive explanations about the surroundings, the vegetation, the work in the vineyard and the vineyards from a renowned winegrower.
When the weather is nice you have a wonderful view from Lake Neusiedl to the Schneeberg.

At the end of the 2 hour guided hike there will be a wine tasting in the wine culture house of 3 typical Gols wines.

When: July 25th
Start: 10 a.m. – on time

Meeting point: Hauptplatz 20, 7122 Gols
Duration about 2.5 hours

Cost: for the guided hike including wine tasting 25.- €

Children from 7 years 10 € including juice tasting

LUNCH foreseen at the Birkenhof c´Country Inn as of 1 p.m.

Weinlese bei Just Rust (Burgenland)

Passend zum Herbst, besuchen wir ein Weingut!  Eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, den Wert des Weins durch ein bisschen körperliche Mitarbeit, Erkundigung der wichtigsten Herstellungsprozesse und Verkostung einmal richtig schätzen lernen ….

Programm

14 Uhr: Eintreffen im Weingut Just

Gemeinsame Fahrt zu den Weinreben: Mithilfe bei der Weinlese (ca. 1 ½ Stunden)

Anschließend Kellerführung und Weinverkostung am Weingut in der Weinbergstraße 16.

Dabei sind wir von der Familie Just eingeladen (Weine, die begeistern, können dann gerne auch käuflich für den späteren Genuss erworben werden.)

17:00 Uhr: Kremayrhaus – Stadtmuseum Rust

Dieses Bürgerhaus aus dem Jahre 1675 ist nunmehr als Museum ausgestattet. Es beschreibt die Stadtgeschichte und die Geschichte der Umgebung von Rust. Ebenso ist eine sehenswerte Kunstsammlung untergebracht.

Wir erhalten auf Einladung der Stadt eine private Führung durch die Leiterin des Museums.

Ab 18:30 Uhr ist in der „Römerzeche“, Rathausplatz 11 reserviert

Alle Ziele sind ca. 3 – 5 Gehminuten voneinander entfernt. Parken beim Weingut Just empfohlen.

In the footsteps of imperial living culture. Guided tour of the Imperial Furniture Collection Vienna.

Originally, the Imperial Furniture Collection was the furniture store of the Habsburgs. Today, with 165,000 objects, it is one of the largest furniture collections in the world.

We shall enjoy a guided tour through parts of this collection and will visit highlights such as the Egyptian cabinet of Empress Maria Ludovica, the precious secretary of Marie Antoinette, the famous portrait of Empress Elisabeth by Franz Xaver Winterhalter or the Turkish room of Crown Prince Rudolf.

JC Austria National Conference turns to “JW Summit 2019”

As every year we are invited to participate at the “Bundestag der Jungen Wirtschaft” (JC Austria National Conference).

The 2-days conference will take place from 27 to 28 September 209 in Linz.
For the first time, this event turns into “JW Summit” finishing the event already Saturday afternoon. Therefore, the Senators’ program starts when Juniors complete their happening.

Thanks to our Linz senators, Fritz Rath and Berndt Papinski in particular, we have an interesting programme to offer:

14:30: Guided city tour, meeting point in front of the Linz City Hall
A special goodie is a guided tour of the Ars Electronica Center’s Deep Space.

19:30: Dinner together at the Pöstlingberg-Schlössel
Downhill ride with the Pöstlingbergbahn and finish in the old town of Linz.
